Good to see teaching of Constitution

October 10, 2013

I enjoyed reading the article about how Charleston Elementary School celebrated Constitution Day on September 16th. The picture of the children dressed as Benjamin Franklin was adorable. It is refreshing and encouraging to see that at least one of our schools is teaching our children about the history of the Constitution, the history of our great country, and how to honor the many soldiers who fought to give us the freedoms we enjoy. Kudos and “thank-yous” go to Charleston Elementary and their teachers for a job well done!
