Tiger Sharks host 4-team meet in LB

The Los Banos Tiger Sharks hosted their first swim meet of the season on Saturday, inviting the Livingston Waves, the Mariposa Marlins and the Firebaugh Area Swim Team to the Pacheco High School pool, nearly half of the nine-team Merced County Swim League.

The meet gave new swimmers an opportunity to set some times, and while a few swimmers are fresh off their high school seasons.

The Tiger Sharks head to Chowchilla for a meet Saturday, followed by the Dos Palos Sprint Invitational on June 15 before returning home to the Pacheco pool against league powers Kerman and Hilmar on June 22.
