The Los Banos Police Department is giving away 100 gun safety locks to the public on a first-come-first-serve basis. The department received the locks through Project Child Safe and is distributing them as part of its goal to keep the community safe. The locks can be picked up during business hours at the Los Banos Police Department, 945 Fifth St.
