Senator offers help

Anthony Cannella, R-Ceres, will hold mobile office hours in Los Banos from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at City Hall, 520 J St. A member of the state senator's staff will provide assistance, including with Department of Motor Vehicles, Employment Development Department or other state agencies or legislation, according to a news release. Film garners award
"The Fight for Water: A Farm Worker Struggle," a documentary by former Los Banos High substitute teacher Juan Oseguera, received an honorable mention as a documentary feature by the Los Angeles Movie Awards.
