Los Banos city meet and greet planned

April 12, 2013

City staff plans a meet and greet 6 p.m. Wednesday to introduce the public to City Manager Steve Carrigan.

The mingling and refreshments will continue until the Los Banos City Council meeting begins at 7 p.m. Both are set at City Hall, 520 J St., according to a press release.

"We are very eager to introduce Steve to the Los Banos community and what better way to do that but to give our residents the opportunity to speak to him one on one," Mayor Mike Villalta said, in a press release.

Carrigan, 50, is assistant city manager of Sanger and officially takes over as Los Banos' top executive April 22.
