Police said on March 10 and March 18 Caballero and Munguia allegedly broke into a storage container at the business and left with several used tires.

"We learned that the suspects were selling these tires around town and we have recovered some of them," Cmdr. Ray Reyna Jr. said.

Caballero was arrested at his home in the 300 block of North Santa Ana Street on suspicion of possession of stolen property and violation of probation conditions. Munguia was charged with burglary, grant theft and possession of stolen property

Caballero is in custody at the John Latorraca Correctional Facility. He is being held without bail.

Munguia was released after posting $20,000 bail.
