Film airing in Colusa

The Family Water Alliance plans a showing of "The Fight for Water: A Farm Worker Struggle," a film by Los Banos High School substitute teacher Juan Carlos Oseguera, at the Colusa Theater, 513 Market St., in Colusa, on Wednesday at 1:30 and 7 p.m. Tickets are free. NAMI classes slated

The Merced County National Alliance on Mental Illness, NAMI, will hold a 12-week course on family-to- family education on mental illness. The course will take place from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday at 480 E. 13th St. For more information, call (209) 381-6844.
