OLF 4-H to meet Feb. 6

Kandeh on dean's list

Joana S. Kandeh of Los Banos was named to the University of Central Oklahoma dean's honor roll for fall 2012, according to a news release. Honor roll requires a 3.5-grade point average or better and no grade lower than a B in qualifying classes. Plus, students must complete at least 12 hours of on-campus class credit for the semester.

Michael shows set

Christopher Michael, a Los Banos-based R&B singer, will perform at the Babylon Club, 1064 N. Fulton St. in Fresno, Saturday. The benefit show starts at 6:30 p.m. and Michael goes on at 9. The $5 tickets are available at the door. Michael will also perform Feb. 23 at Babylon Club. Tickets for the February show are $15 in advance and $18 at the door. For tickets, call (559) 458-6883.
