Eagle Field fundraiser planned Dec. 15

The Eagle Field Christmas Party/Save the Runway Dinner, hosted by the Dos Palos Lions Club, will be held Dec. 15 in Dos Palos.

Eagle Field's deteriorating runway is in need of a minimum of 300 feet of repaving before it can host a two-day drag racing event in May.

Tickets are $20. Other fund-raising items for sale include "Save the Runway" signs and shirts.
