Youth leadership

The League of United Latin American Citizens plans a youth leadership conference from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Pacheco High School, 200 N. Ward Road. Breakfast and lunch will be served free of charge. Workshops and speakers are planned, and Merced County Department of Mental Health Director Manuel Jimenez Jr. will serve as keynote speaker.
