Between Sept. 28 and Oct. 4, the Los Banos Police Department responded to 652 calls for service. The following is an example of calls:

Sept. 28

300 block of Chestnut Street -- A report of someone using aerial fireworks at 10:19 p.m.

Sept. 29

1000 block of Pacheco Boulevard -- A report of a theft of $3 at 1:32 a.m.

600 block of Pinot Noir Street -- A report of a child bitten by a dog at 9:40 p.m.

Intersection of Lexington Avenue and Rockport Drive -- A report of people drag racing 11:18 p.m.

Sept. 30

500 block of W. I Street -- A report of someone refusing to leave a business at 12:28 a.m.

1500 block of San Ramon Lane -- A report of a stolen cell phone at 8:02 p.m.

1600 block of Alyssum Way -- A report of domestic violence at 9:35 p.m.

Oct. 1

400 block of Winemaker Street -- A report of a burglary of two flat-screen TVs, a stereo and a Wii gaming system at 10:29 a.m.

800 block of Illinois Avenue -- A report of vandalism to signs at 3:58 p.m.
