Section forum boosts skills

Every year, FFA chapters in the Merced-Mariposa Section get together for the Sectional Officers Leadership Conference, or SOLC, hosted by the current MMS officer team. The MMS team teaches skills through games and activities. It is also a great opportunity to meet other FFA leaders throughout the section.

Skills our members learned included how to strengthen our officer team, communication skills, how to deal with difficult and unwilling people, and how to split up tasks among the team to accomplish a common goal.

We all had a great time at SOLC, and are excited to bring these skills back to our chapter!
