In the Military: Airman Anthony F. Gauna

Air Force Airman Anthony F. Gauna graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Gauna is the son of Tony and Janette Gauna of Shasta Lane in Los Banos.

He is a 2011 graduate of Turlock Christian High.
