Police have few details about an altercation that left two men with stab wounds Sunday night.
Cmdr. Ray Reyna Jr. said police responded to the 2300 block of Cool Springs Court at 8:30 p.m. after receiving a report of two men being injured during a fight that involved several males.
Police arrived on the scene and found the two men, 24 and 28, with multiple wounds. The 24-year-old was stabbed several times in his upper chest. Reyna categorized the other as suffering from "minor scratches" to his body.
The man who was stabbed in the upper chest was airlifted to a hospital in Modesto. He has been released and is recovering at home, Reyna said.
The other man was treated and released at Memorial Hospital, Los Banos.
Immediately after the fight, the men were too drunk to tell police what happened, said Reyna.
He said detectives have not been able to determine what happened or identify suspects because the victims continue to be uncooperative.
