Armando Jose Martinez: A positive experience

My name is Armando Jose Martinez. I am 74 years old, and recently underwent surgery.

I feel obligated to inform you and the public that the process, beginning with paperwork referrals and the actual surgery, went smoothly and with great success.

I want to thank the Medi-Cal staff for their help in facilitating the paperwork and eligibility process. "Thank you."

I also am extremely grateful to Dr. Dennis S. Cesar, a eurologist, and his courteous staff. He is an extremely capable doctor. "Mil gracias."

Last but not least, to the Mercy Medical Center staff in Merced, great big thanks for your kindness and care.

All in all we have good people in our community and everyone needs to know. Thank you for your attention.
