A warm hello to all citizens of Los Ba&#241;os with wishes of good health, love, and prosperity for the year 2010!</p><p>It has been a while, but you all know my demeanor, so it would be unconscionable to think I would go too long without an opinion or a question or two.</p><p>Actually I have been trying very hard to let dead dogs lie, but it seems now, that suggestion has become null so I realized that it is much better to remove the carcasses to prevent stench!</p><p>As you all know there are no changes at City Hall, where governing bodies continue to be led by incompetence.</p><p>As far as council, no changes there either, it continues to remind me of a three ring circus, no more, no less . . . and you all know exactly what I mean.</p><p>I wasn't able to attend the meeting of Jan. 20 but from what I understand Mayor Jones was found guilty of conflict of interest laws by the Fair Political Practices Commission. Now that is very interesting. A little late to stop him from voting on the Hostetler Village Green annexations but never the less quite an accomplishment.</p><p>I hope that Mayor Tommy Jones will keep the letter of warning on file for future reference!</p><p>What is going on in our city?</p><p>So you see, so far nothing has changed in our city in 2010!
