Letter to the Editor: Thank you Los Baños

The Kiwanis Club of Los Baños takes this opportunity to thank all of the organizations and individuals who made our Christmas Eve 2009 Dinner possible. With your help our 2009 dinner directly reached 750 people. Three hundred dinners were delivered throughout our community and 450 dinners were served at Fire Station #1. Most of these people would not have otherwise had a Christmas dinner. Additional food was delivered to Manna Ministries as well as to the Warming Center located at the Miller & Lux Building. It is estimated that approximately 1,000 meals were provided as a result of your generosity.
