Two teens were arrested Sunday in connection with an attempted burglary, police said.

U.S. Attorney Benjamin B. Wagner announced the arrest Tuesday of Kim Gray, 39, of Los Banos; Piersha Woolridge, 34, and Yvette August, 41, both of Atwater; and Keith Woolridge, 41, of Fresno. A federal grand jury returned an indictment against them on Feb. 2, charging them with conspiring to commit student aid fraud and identity theft.

A potential vehicle stop turned into a pursuit and DUI arrest Saturday, police said.

An inmate accused of evading police and felony hit-and-run in Los Banos last month is back in custody after escaping from the John Latorraca Correctional Center on Tuesday.

U.S. Marshals arrested twin brothers Wednesday in the killing of two Mongols outlaw motorcycle gang members, which took place behind a night club in August.

A Los Banos man was shot in a gang-related incident last week, police said. Law enforcement responded to a shooting on the 900 block of Ash Avenue on Dec. 1 at 9:59 p.m. Officers spoke with a 32-year-old victim suffering from gunshot wounds to his neck and leg.
